peanut butter jelly time

pbi LOVE peanut butter w/my fav being PB on an english muffin with banana… anyone else have something they love putting PB on? and are you a creamy or a super-chunk kind of person? i like both but it all depends on what i’m eating it on - chunky is good on a spoon, all by its lonesome…

i’m feeling a tad better since monday’s whole meltdown… i did some research on therapists and found out that i can either (a) go on a budget in order to afford it OR (b) find an alternative option (i think we have a free health service here)… the books i ordered (diet survivor’s handbook and stumbling on happiness) arrived today so i’m anxious to begin reading them… eric said he found my posting helpful and wished i had talked to him about my past more - its not like i intentionally keep things from him, i just find when i’m writing my thoughts - more come to light… its always been easier to write my feelings than to talk about them - i will probably always struggle with this so its an ongoing challenge…

i haven’t worked out since tuesday but at least the scale is showing a lower number each day… i’m not sure when i’ll see 161 again considering i’ve been slacking off but i can’t let that bother me… i know part of the reason i’m disinterested is because of my mood and being tired of everything - one reason i bought those books… i am so easily distracted these days and still haven’t gotten to the point where diet and exercise are part of my daily life… i have no one to blame but myself - no one is stopping me from going to the gym OR from eating w/in my range… an endless circle and it nevers get easier…

all i can say is, i’m looking forward to this weekend, seeing my family and going to pittsburgh to spend a few days with eric’s family… we are taking the harley and plan on taking some roadtrips and hitting the zoo as well - i hope the weather cooperates…

happy almost the weekend…

Found your link on another blog and I’m hooked! Also, I too love peanut butter and crunchy is definitely better than creamy. I put it in and on everything: cinn-raisin bread, whole grain bread, bananas, muffins, oatmeal, ice cream, smoothies…yum! Peanut butter and honey and banana slices on cinnamon-raisin bread might be the favorite though…

Also I’m proud of you for not moving in with your boyfriend til your engaged. Old-fashioned smashioned, it’s a good idea.

Good luck this weekend! I know in my family we are celebrating two birthdays and there is going to be lots of food, especially cake and cookies and tempting high-calorie things, I’m hoping to be able to eat reasonably…

My mom makes something she calls gunkies (not sure where this name comes from) for my little brothers…sliced banana with peanut butter on top and a chocolate chip. They LOVE them. I love peanut butter as well but haven’t actually tried it with banana. I started eating all natural peanut butter as well because it’s so much yummier than the other stuff:)

I can’t be bothered with anything recently. It’s not important. More or less nothing noteworthy going on right now, but I don’t care. I’ve pretty much been doing nothing. Shrug.
