lazy sunday
was thrilled to see a loss yesterday (.6 pounds) esp. since i thought i would be up as a result of my new weight routine… i also felt i had snacked quite a bit during the week but i guess in reality, i’m doing better than i think i am… it makes me feel pretty good, i have to admit, and for the first time in a LONG time i feel like i’m making progress with my weightloss… its not just being able to fit into a pair of pants that are too tight but more feeling healthier, being more active and trying new things… we all have our reasons for losing weight and a goal that we’re trying to achieve but its the journey that should be paid most attention too…
