disappointed

bad scale 2i’m not feeling tooo great this morning because of what i saw on the scale and its my own fault… i ate some crappy things yesterday knowing damn well WI was this morning… could i have made better choices? yea, i could have but i didn’t so now i’m in a crappy mood just because of a number… this is what happens when you start to feel comfortable and think you have the routine down - you think, “i’ve done my exercise so now i can have some fried fish and french fries… or how about some gelato?”… (beep) wrong… i haven’t added more cardio to my workouts either, like i keep saying i should, so there are issues i need to deal with… this weight isn’t just going to magically disappear cus it certainly didn’t appear overnight… one step at a time, right?

    One day at a time…one step at a time. You are going to go up and you are going to go down. The key is just to stay consistent with your routine. And consistent exercise will do wonders for you:)
