back to normal
so glad today is friday and that this week is over… i’ve barely had time to read my blogs and keep up-do-date w/everything so its nice to have some breathing time… i’ve been doing pretty good food-wise, being busy is always a great appetitie suppressant! i’ve gotten all my workouts in for the week plus one pilates class and two long walks - weigh-in will tell me if i’ve made any progress…

i wish i could bottle up how i feel after a good workout so on days that i don’t feel like doing anything, i can take a whiff and feel instantly energized… i hate myself for not doing my pilates this morning so now i have to do it when i get home… not like its a huge deal or anything but its beautiful outside and i feel guilty for not going for a walk instead… then again, its only april 10 and spring has just started so there will plenty of days where i can go for walks…
