30 days of fast food

i found this interesting website today (http://www.30daydieters.com/) that is both interesting and frustrating at the same time… i find it hard to believe that these people actually lost weight while eating fast food and here i am, struggling to lose a pound a week by eating what i call ‘normal’ food… granted, some made decent choices and exercised everyday but still - is it really what they’re eating OR their daily calorie intake that causes the weightloss? if its calorie-related, does that mean that i can eat 1,200 calories worth of pizza everyday and lose? if so, sign me up!
i was so hungry last night that after dinner (fish, brown rice and green beans), i was craving a bowl of cereal - so i had one… i’m sure i was over my daily points but at times like that, i feel not giving in will only make matters worse… its good that i don’t have any chocolate in my house either cus that would’ve been gone and that’s so unlike me… i did have a good workout today and will be trying out pilates tonight so wish me luck… oh and i received my 8-minute abs/arms/buns/legs dvd today too so i’ll have to give that a whirl on friday morning…
