my journey to being thin(ner)

if you’ve never been to a trader joe’s, please find one and go! i’m fortunate enough to have one less than 5 minutes from where i live and even though they don’t sell wine like the VA stores - its still jam-packed with goodies… like frozen naan (3 pts.), herbed goat cheese (2 pts), multi-seed flat bread (2 pts), and brussel sprouts (o pts)… and take my word of advice: NEVER go when you’re hungry - $25 later, i was out the door… geesh how things add up quick!

i had a great dinner that consisted of a japanese breaded salmon patty, brown rice and green beans, plus some orange cappuccino that was enjoyed while soaking in the tub… LOST was pretty good but as usual, they left you hanging and then show what’s going to happen next week… i’m bummed that CSI won’t be on tonight because of f-ing college basketball but i’ll be able to enjoy ‘my name is earl’ and ‘the office’… not sure if they b/f is coming over but if so, i’ll be making some jalapeno chicken sausage for dinner… thank you, trader joe’s, thank you!
