i woke up with yet another headache this morning so i opted to try another medication - this time, it was an allergy/sinus pill and low and behold, it worked… the only downfall is, i could so fall asleep at my desk right now… perhaps i need to find a non-drowsy version instead… just had lunch - leftover soup and some vanilla yogurt… since today is one of my higher point days, i had oatment for breakfast w/brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon… then i stopped at starbucks for a nonfat latte on my way to work… it was quite cold so both helped warm me up…
i am trying to not worry about going away this weekend - its so easy to go off plan or use the excuse, “i wasn’t home so i couldn’t control what i was eating”… i will do my best to stay within my point range and i’m thinking it will be easy since both sat/sun are much higher than during the week… then again, my friend is italian and her dad makes the best homemade pizza (my absolute favorite food, mexican is second)… anyway, i’m hoping for another loss this week but we’ll see, i’ve been 1-2 points over each day… i know its not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but when you’re keeping track of things, you tend to get a bit paranoid over every tiny detail…
